However, not all transactions proceed flawlessly to closing. Sometimes our clients find it necessary to enforce the provisions of the contract in order to ensure that the terms are followed by the other parties. We also have many years of experience in assisting individual clients in their purchase or sale of residential real estate, including condominium, cooperative and town house properties, as well as with respect to the refinancing of such properties.
