Rick Steinberg to give presentation on Chapter 15 of Bankruptcy Code

Rick Steinberg will be giving a presentation about Chapter 15 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code, Cross-Border Insolvency, for Continuing Legal Education credit, on June 24 at the 2021 annual conference of the Transportation Lawyers Association in Lake Tahoe, CA. Rick is the Chairman of the Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Committee of the Transportation Lawyers Association.
