Community Association Institute postpones April meeting

In light of current events, Thomas C. Martin, Esq., our community association law practice group chair advises that his current speaking engagement scheduled for April 28, 2020 at The Renaissance, Somerset, New Jersey, has been temporarily postponed. Look for a new date to be scheduled in late-spring or early-summer. Topics are to include recent legislation affecting community associations, implementation of the law requiring foreclosing banks to pay an annual recurring six month maintenance fee super-priority, electric vehicle charging stations, amendments to the law requiring reimbursement for municipal services and related issues.
