Overview

Mr. Steinberg specializes in the representation of transportation and logistics companies in maritime, bankruptcy and commercial litigation matters in federal and state court, including representation of vessel operating common carriers and non-vessel operating common carriers. Mr. Steinberg has been designated a Proctor in Admiralty by the Maritime Law Association of the United States, the highest designation of expertise in maritime law recognized by the leading maritime law organization in the country.

While in law school, Rick was awarded Best Brief and Best Oral Argument, First Year Moot Court. He also served as a Teaching Assistant for a section of Legal Research and Writing students and served as a First Year Moot Court Judge.

Subsequent to law school, Mr. Steinberg served as a law clerk for the Honorable James A. O’Neill and the Honorable Joseph C. Visalli, Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Cape May County.
