Overview
Renee A. Fatovic joined Price, Meese, Shulman & D’Arminio, P.C. in 2018. She has successfully litigated a broad range of civil matters and focuses her practice in the areas of commercial litigation and dispute resolution, construction accident and defect, tax, trusts and estates, real estate, and personal injury in Florida, New York and New Jersey.
Ms. Fatovic received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Seton Hall University in 2003 and earned her Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2006. During that time, she completed internships in Bergen County, New Jersey with the Honorable William C. Meehan, P.J.S.C. and the Honorable Richard J. Donohue, J.S.C. Upon graduation from law school, Ms. Fatovic served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Harry G. Carroll, P.J.S.C., Bergen County. Following her clerkship, Ms. Fatovic was in private practice with a focus in the areas of premises liability, personal injury, construction accident and defect, contractual disputes, subrogation, fraud, and PIP.
Ms. Fatovic is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, the State of New York, the State of Florida, the Southern District of New York, and the United States District Court of New Jersey. She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, the Collier County Bar Association, and the Bergen County Bar Association.
Ms. Fatovic was recognized annually as a Rising Star in Super Lawyers magazine, New Jersey edition, from 2013 to 2020, an honor bestowed upon only 2.5% of New Jersey attorneys under the age of 40.
