Overview

Mark W. Greene represents clients across a broad spectrum of public and private sector matters, with a focus on public contracts, commercial leasing, and complex real estate transactions involving commercial, residential, and redevelopment projects. His practice also includes extensive work in the areas of commercial law and creditors’ rights in which he regularly represents banks and secured and unsecured creditors. He also regularly represents wireless telecommunication carriers and outdoor advertising companies with respect to public bidding, municipal contracting, and land development matters.

Mark earned his BA in Political Science from Rutgers University and his law degree from Vermont Law School. During law school, he gained legislative and federal experience through internships with the Office of Legislative Council for the Vermont General Assembly and with Congresswoman Marge Roukema in Washington, D.C.  

Mark is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is an active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Bergen County Bar Association. He is also a member of the New Jersey Wireless Association and previously served as Special Procurement Counsel for the Bergen County Utility Authority.
